Apricot Chicken With French Onion Sauce Recipe

| 1 1/2 kg / 3 lb chicken pieces | ||

| 45 g / 1 1/2 oz packet French onion or chicken noodle soup | ||
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 440 g / 14 oz canned apricot halves in natural juice | ||
| 1/4 cup / 60 ml / 2 fl oz white wine or water | ||
Directions
1. Arrange chicken pieces in a large ovenproof dish. Scatter with onion, then sprinkle with soup mix and curry powder.
2. Combine apricots with juice and wine or water, pour over chicken and mix to combine. Cover and bake for 1 - 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.
