4 egg whites
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1 cup apricot nectar
Directions
Spray bundt pan with vegetable oil spray.
Mix all ingredients and pour into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Best if it is slightly undercooked.
