Apricot Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| 16-oz. can unsweetened juice-packed apricots, drained reserving liquid | ||
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup boiling unsweetened apple juice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In the blender container, put 2 tablespoons of apricot juice.
2.Once done, add gelatin on the juice and leave for a minute so that the gelatin granules get soft.
3.Add apple juice and blend after covering so that the gelatin dilutes.
4.Put apricots and remaining juice into the mixture.
5.Put the lid on and mix well until foamy.
6.Refrigerate.
SERVING
Serve cold
