Apricot Brandy Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounce package dried apricots, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 cups vodka
Directions
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in medium glass bowl.
Heat at MEDIUM 10 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved; stir twice.
Heat at WARM 30 minutes; stir twice.
Cover and let stand 3 to 4 days.
Strain before serving.
