In large bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy; add egg and beat until fluffy.
Mix in honey, vanilla, and cereal mixture.
In another bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, dry milk, oats, walnuts, and apricots; gradually add to butter mixture, blending thoroughly.
Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
Bake in a 375Â° oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Transfer to racks and let cool.
