Directions
1) Drain apricots and pass it through sieve.
2) Mix in 2 Tblsp rum.
3) Whisk egg whites till they reach a soft peak stage.
4) Whisk in sugar till stiff.
5) Stir in apricots and keep in refrigerator.
SERVING
6) Serve cold.
