Apricot Apple Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
| Oat flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 ciip packed brown sugar | ||
| Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Macadamia nuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 4 medium tart cooking apples, pared and sliced | ||
| Dried apricots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Mix flour and brown sugar.
Mix in margarine; stir in nuts.
Place apples in ungreased square pan, 8x8x2 inches.
Top with apricots.
Sprinkle flour mixture over top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
