Apricot And Banana Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 ripe large banana | ||
| 1 10-ounce jar apricot or strawberry all-fruit spread | ||
| Buttermilk | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mash the banana.
Stir in all-fruit spread, and if desired, food coloring.
Stir in buttermilk.
Freeze in a 2 1/2 quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
If necessary, let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes before serving.
