Apricot Almond Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 Crepes | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon apricot brandy | ||
| Apricot preserves | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Toasted slivered almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Prepare Crepes.
In mixing bowl combine whipping cream and brandy and beat till soft peaks form.
Chill till serving time.
Spread unbrowned side of each Crepe with 1 tablespoon of the preserves; roll up Crepe.
Place Crepes, seam side down, in 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake in 375° oven for 15 minutes or till Crepes are heated through, lb serve, place 2 Crepes on each dessert plate.
Top with whipped cream mixture and almonds.
