Apricot Almond Chewies Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried apricots | 4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Coconut macaroons | 4 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| Slivered almonds | 2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz), evaporated |
Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whole almonds.
Chill 2 hours.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Top each with whole almond if desired.
Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
