Applesauce Raisin Upside-Down Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 package (15 ounces) applesauce raisin cake mix
1 cup water
Directions
Microwave brown sugar, nuts and margarine uncovered in round baking dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches, until margarine is melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; stir.
Microwave uncovered to boiling, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Spread evenly in baking dish.
Mix cake mix and water until smooth; pour over nut mixture in baking dish.
Microwave un covered 5 minutes; turn dish one quarter turn.
Microwave until top springs back when touched lightly, 2 to 3 minutes.
Immediately invert dish on serving plate.
Let dish remain a minute so sauce drizzles over cake.
Spread any remaining sauce over cake.
