Applesauce Pork Loaf Recipe

| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 1/4 Bread Slices) | |
| Canned applesauce | 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can) | |
| Chopped onion | 2 Tablespoon (Fresh Or Frozen) | |
| Dijon style mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Snipped parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Pork sausage | 1⁄2 Pound (Bulk) | |
| Fully cooked ham | 1⁄2 Pound, ground | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
In bowl combine egg, crumbs, 1/2 cup applesauce, onion, 1 teaspoon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add meats; mix well.
Shape into a round loaf 8 inches in diameter in a baking pan.
With a spoon, make a depression in top of the loaf.
Combine the remaining applesauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and remaining mustard; pour into depression.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
