Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In bowl combine egg, crumbs, 1/2 cup applesauce, onion, 1 teaspoon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add meats; mix well.
Shape into a round loaf 8 inches in diameter in a baking pan.
With a spoon, make a depression in top of the loaf.
Combine the remaining applesauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and remaining mustard; pour into depression.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
