Applesauce Meatballs Recipe

| Uncooked instant rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Canned applesauce | 16 Ounce (1 Can Of 16 Ounce) | |
| Salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Ketchup | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) |
Directions
Combine the ground round, rice, onion, applesauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and arrange so that sides are not touching in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour a mixture of the ketchup and water over the meatballs.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
