Nutty Applesauce Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups applesauce, fresh or canned
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cream sugar and butter.
Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Stir in nuts, applesauce and mixed dry ingredients.
Turn into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
