 Honey4 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
Wheat germ, sesame seeds, ground almonds
 Applesauce4 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned

Directions

Blend all but last ingredient into crumbs well, using fingers.
If using cracker or cookie crumbs, it is not necessary to add the oil, but if using bread crumbs, it may improve the flavor.
Wheat germ, sesame seeds or ground almonds may also be added if using plain breadcrumbs.
There should be 4 cups of crumbs in all, including any additions.
In a glass serving bowl, make a layer using 1/3 of crumb mixture.
Then make a layer of applesauce, using half the amount.
Next make another layer of crumbs, using 1/3 of the mixture.
Spread the remaining applesauce over the layer of crumbs and top the bowl with the remaining crumbs, covering the surface evenly.
In all there should be three layers of crumbs and two layers of applesauce.
Chill and serve.
