| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 jar (15 ounces) applesauce | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour square pan, 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 inches.
Beat all ingredients except 1 cup of the applesauce in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Spread half the batter in pan.
Spread with reserved 1 cup applesauce; top with remaining batter.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until light brown.
Serve warm and, if desired, with whipped cream or ice cream.
