Applesauce Molasses Snacking Cake Recipe

|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (Fleischmann'S)|
|Sweetened applesauce||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Egg beaters||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light molasses||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat brown sugar and margarine until creamy.
Add applesauce, Egg Beaters and molasses; beat until smooth.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended.
Stir in raisins.
Spread batter into ungreased 15 X 10 X 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
Cut into 48 (2 X 1-inch) bars.
