Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well.
Combine applesauce, molasses, oil, and egg in a small bowl; add to flour mixture, stirring well.
Spoon batter into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
