Applesauce Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 crepes | ||
| Apples | 4 Cup (16 tbs), pureed | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Confectioner's sugar | ||
| Cinnamon | ||
| Nutmeg | ||
Directions
Make the crepes using the Sweet Crepe Batter.
Set aside.
Mix the pureed apples with the sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan.
Blend together the cornstarch and cold water and add to the apples.
Cook over a medium heat until thickened.
Fill the crepes with the applesauce and fold over.
Melt the butter in a large frypan and put in the crepes.
Sprinkle with the four tablespoons of sugar, cover and cook until golden brown.
