Applesauce Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp water
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves, ground
1/4 cup raisins, chopped
Directions
Cream together margarine and sugar replacement.
Add applesauce and water, stirring to mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves in sifter.
Sift dry ingredients into applesauce mixture; stir to blend.
Fold in raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
