Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease cookie sheet.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, allspice and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add egg whites; beat well.
Beat in flour mixture.
Stir in oats, applesauce and raisins, mixing well.
Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack.
