Applesauce Cheese Ribbons Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 (Cheese layer:) | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon (Cheese layer:) | |
| Boiling water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Cheese layer:) | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 12 Ounce, sieved (Cheese layer:) | |
| 1 3-ounce package softened cream cheese | ||
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Cheese layer:) | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water.
Blend cheeses and salad dressing; add gelatin and celery; mix well.
Pour into mold over firm applesauce layer.
Chill firm.
Pour reserved applesauce mixture over cheese layer.
Chill firm.
