 Cloves1 Teaspoon
 Allspice1 Teaspoon
 Baking soda2 Teaspoon
 Unsweetened applesauce2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cream together margarine and sugar replacement until light and fluffy; beat in eggs.
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and baking soda together.
Combine applesauce and boiling water.
Add flour mixture alternately with applesauce mixture to the creamed margarine, beating to blend.
Pour into well greased 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes, or until done.
