Editors Review

Comfort finds us in unexpected things. Like this simple, not too sweet, subtly appley cake with raisins, spice and all things nice. As such, it’s lovely warm out of the oven, but also tastes delicious the next morning with butter or with afternoon coffee or tea or actually whenever you crave a little comfort. This is an easy wet and dry mix cake using ingredients on hand. It results is delicious and wonderfully No effort but a lot of wow factor.
