Easy Apple Sauce Recipe
An empty belly is a great cook and applesauce is a great way to fill it. A good way to use up apple is to make some amazing applesauce. Is there a higher crime than reading about this applesauce and not trying it out?
Ingredients
4 medium peeled, quartered cooking apples
2 Tbsp. water
1/4- 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
In 2 1/2 qt glass casserole, combine apples and water.
Microwave (high) covered, 6-8 minutes, until soft but not mushy.
Add sugar to taste.
If desired, press through colander or whirl in blender.
Season with cinnamon.
