Applesauce Recipe

Applesauce is a delicious addition to your stuffed goose preparation. It just does wonders to the overall flavors of the goose preparation or any other meat dish transforming it from a mediocre dish to a masterpiece! Try this easy Applesauce recipe and you will realize I am not exaggerating!

Ingredients

 
3 cooking apples
 
1/2 tablespoon butter
 
2 tablespoons water
 
1 tablespoon sugar
 
A little grated orange peel

Directions

Peel and core the apples.
Slice thinly and add to the water and sugar.
Boil with the lid on till they are soft.
Sieve.
Return to the saucepan and add the butter and the grated peel.
Stir well and reboil.
This yields approximately 1 cup of sauce.
