Apples In Apple Juice Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs. apples apple juice
brown sugar
Directions
Peel and core the apples.
Put them in an oven dish and sprinkle with brown sugar, according to tartness of apples.
Add apple juice to about 1/3rd of the height of the apples.
Cover with buttered greaseproof paper and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
Remove paper, baste apples with juice, and bake a little longer to brown slightly.
Serve hot or cold.
