Apples In Brown Sugar Sauce Recipe

Directions
1. Melt the butter in a heavy 9- or 10-inch skillet over moderate heat. Add the apples, and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
2. Sprinkle the apples with the sugar, nutmeg, and apple juice. Continue to cook, shaking the pan, until the sugar melts and the mixture comes to a boil.
