Recipe Story

I came up with this last night as it was time for my night time snack and I wanted to come up with something different that I haven't tried before. First I thought about what fruit and vegetable combination I wouldn't mind trying; then I thought about what type of frosting I like that I could turn into a light sauce. Cream cheese frosting is my favorite so I decided to tweak it a little and came up with this. I was a little skeptical at first but decided to give it a try anyway and much to my surprise, the whole combination is actually quite delicious.

Ingredients

 -1 tbsp non-fat cream cheese
 -1 tbsp non-fat sour cream
 Artificial sweetener1 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 Skim milk2 Tablespoon
-1 Granny smith apple cored and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
-1/2 cup cucumber peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, splenda, cinnamon, and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Add diced apples and cucumbers to mixture and stir until well mixed and voila!
