Apple Mint Rippli Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce red or green food coloring
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions
Tint applesauce deep pink or mint green.
Mix in peppermint extract.
Spread half the ice cream in refrigerator tray.
Swirl half the applesauce into ice cream.
Spread remaining ice cream on top; swirl in remaining applesauce.
Freeze just until firm.
