Apple Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup pared and cubed cooking apples
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
4 to 6 medium pork chops
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, apples, butter, and salt.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after every minute.
Cut a slit in each pork chop and stuff with bread crumb mixture.
Arrange in a 2-quart glass baking dish.
Cook, covered, 16 to 20 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
Rest, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
