 Butter/Margarine1 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Whipped cream/Ice cream1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)

Directions

Combine flours in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together water, oil, salt, and egg whites.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, and pour in liquid ingredients.
Knead until stiff.
Cover bowl with a towel, and place in a 200° F.
Oven for 30 minutes.
While dough is resting in oven, combine filling ingredients, adjusting brown sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Remove dough from oven.
Divide in half.
Roll each half into a large, paperthin rectangle.
Spread half the filling on each rectangle.
Roll up as for a jelly roll.
Seal seams and ends.
Place on ungreased baking sheets, and bake in a 350° F.oven until brown and juicy, 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
