MAKING
1) In a deep pie dish, arrange apple slices till 3/4 full.
2) In a bowl, add butter and sugar and beat till fluffy.
3) Beat in the egg.
4) Gradually add in the flour and mix well.
5) Spoon the flour mixture over the apples.
6) Place in the oven and bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes, or till brown.
7) Dust with powdered sugar.
SERVING
