Directions

MAKING
1) Wash and shred the cabbage.
2) In a saucepan, add water to cover bottom of the pot.
3) Peel, core, and slice the apples.
4) Arrange on the top of the cabbage.
5) Add in the spices and simmer for about 15 mins.
6) Stir well.
7) Take off from the heat and cool slightly.
8) Mash and add in the vinegar, sugar, and salt to taste.
