Apple Sauce Filling Recipe

1/4 lb. marshmallows, diced
2 tablespoons chopped maraschino cherries
2 cups canned apple sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
Stir marshmallows and cherries into apple sauce.
Beat cream until stiff; fold into apple sauce mixture.
Makes enough filling for 8-9 cream puffs.
To make Apple Sauce Cream Puffs: Split cream puff shells; spoon in Apple Sauce filling.
Place on serving plate; sprinkle tops with confectioners' sugar.
