4 apples cut into rings
little butter
4 oz. grated cheese
1 oz. butter extra
1/2 tspn, made mustard
seasoning
1 tblspn, milk
Directions
Make the toast on the grid of your grill pan and spread the apple with a little butter and toast at the same time.
Butter the toast and put the apple rings on top.
Blend the cheese with butter mustard, seasoning and milk.
Spread over the apple rings on toast.
Return to grill to melt the cheese.
Serve at once.
