Ingredients

 Unbaked whole wheat pie shell and dough for the top
 4 cups juicy apples, washed and cored but not peeled, sliced 1/4 inch thick
 Raw honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 1 teaspoon cinnamon or mace or cardamom

Directions

Fill shell vvitli apple slices.
Dribble honcv over them.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with spice and lemon juice.
Add top crust.
Pinch the edges together and prick the top with a fork.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 Degree.
