Apple Mint Chutney Recipe

Directions
Cut the onions into large pieces and chop with the apples .
Skin the tomatoes and chop .
Chop the mint and parsley .
Put the apples, onions, tomatoes and herbs into a large preserving pan.
Add the raisins.
Add the lemon rind and juice to the pan with the sugar, vinegar, salt and spice and stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Bring to a boil, and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring until the chutney is thick and brown.
Pour into warm jars, seal and label
