Apple Lime Molded Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. cold water
3 or 4 apples, quartered and diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. whipped cream
Directions
Dissolve 1 package of gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; add 3/4 cup cold water.
Chill until partially set.
Fold apples, celery, and nuts into gelatin; pour into 6 cup ring mold.Chill until firm.
Dissolve remaining gelatin in remaining boiling water; add cold liquid.
Chill until firm.
Whip until foamy.
Combine cream cheese and pineapple; fold into whipped gelatin.
Fold in cream.
Pour over first layer; chill until firm.
Chill until partially set.
