Apple Honey Muffins Recipe

Made with crunchy rolled oat amd honey, these muffins are heavenly to serve anytime of the day. The orange juice, applesauce and cinnamon heightens the flavor of this muffin. Directions

In a small bowl, mix together applesauce, orange juice, honey, oil and egg.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, rolled oats, baking powder and cinnamon.
Make a well in the center.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just to moisten.
Do not overmix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
