Apple-Ginger Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pork tenderloin | 1 | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Apple Juice | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Combine flour, garlic salt, and ginger, dredge tenderloin in flour mixture.
Cook tenderloin, uncovered, in hot oil in a skillet over low heat 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Insert meat thermometer.
Cover and cook an additional 35 minutes or until thermometer registers 170°.
Combine cornstarch and water in a small saucepan, stirring until smooth, stir in apple juice.
Bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve sauce over sliced tenderloin.
Garnish with parsley and apple wedges, if desired.
