 Cream cheese1
 Cheddar Cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Swiss Cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 White wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Dash of cayenne
 Pepper1

Directions

MAKING
1) In a fondue base, add 1 cup water.
2) Place the position tray, rack, and bowl.
3) Cube the cream cheese and mix all cheeses with flour.
4) Plug the unit and add wine into the fondue bowl.
5) Allow to heat till bubbles appear.
6) Little at a time, add the cheeses and stir and heat till completely melted.
7) Beat with fork to blend smoothly.
8) Stir in the garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper.

SERVING
9) Cut wedges of pears and apples for dippers.
