1 c. dried figs
 
2 c. unpeeled and diced red apples
 
1 c. diced celery
 
1 c. coarsely grated carrots

Directions

Pour boiling water over figs; let stand for 5 minutes.
Drain and cool.

Combine with remaining ingredients; toss with peanut butter dressing
