Apple Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
3 medium-size apples
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 cup melted margarine or butter
Directions
Pare and slice apples.
Mix with brown sugar in baking pan; set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
Beat egg; mix with flour mixture.
Spread over fruit.
Pour margarine over top.
Bake at 375 °F about 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
