Directions
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a frying pan.
Add the apples.
Sprinkle the apples with sugar and cook until the apples are lightly browned but not soft.
Put the cheese in a bowl; add the cream , and work into a paste, using the back of a wooden spoon. .
Spread out the crepes and cover the surface of each crepe with the Roquefort cheese.
Put 1 to 2 tablespoons sauteed apple slices in each crepe and roll or fold the crepes into envelopes.
Lay the crepes on a buttered oven proof dish, dot with 1 tablespoon butter and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
Decorate the dish with apple slices.
