Apple-Cranberry Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups diced peeled apple
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup regular oats
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Directions
Combine apple, cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and orange juice in medium bowl, mix well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine butter, oats, brown sugar, flour, and pecans, mix well.
Spoon evenly over apple-cranberry mixture, bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cool with vanilla ice cream.
