Apple Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) can apple pie filling
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, softened
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tablespoons melted margarine

Directions
Place the pie filling in a bowl and stir in the cinnamon.
Combine the flour, sugar, milk, softened margarine, baking powder, salt and eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
Layer half the batter (about 2 cups) and half the pie filling mixture in a 9x13 inch cake pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Repeat the layers and sprinkle with a mixture of the brown sugar and walnuts.
Drizzle with the melted margarine.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
