My longing for Apple-coconut Chips strengthened during high school days. This Apple-coconut Chips is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Snack often. Stock up on more and more Apple as you will want to make this time and again!!

Ingredients
Egg - 1, beaten
Flour - 1 c.
Milk - 3/4 c.
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp.
Nutmeg - 1 tsp.
Shredded coconut - 1/2 c.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Green apples - 6, sliced
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add egg and milk and beat well.
2) Stir in the seasonings, flour, baking powder and coconut and mix till a smooth consistency.
3) In a skillet add fat and heat at 400 degrees.
4) Dip the apple slices into the batter and drop into the hot fat.
5) Fry till browned.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
