Ingredients

 
3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
 
3/4 cup water
 
1 cup uncooked long-grain regular rice
 
1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon

Directions

Combine apple juice and water in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil.
Add rice and cinnamon stick.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
