Apple Cake Layer Recipe

|Instant vanilla pudding||7 Ounce|

Add apples and nuts.
Pour into a 9" cake pan.
If you feel that this layer will appear too high in comparison, then pour most of the batter into the cake pan and use the excess to make approximately 2 to 3 cupcakes.
Prepare pudding according to package directions.
All cakes are baked at 350 degrees, until a toothpick comes out clean, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Next decide order of layers.
Place 1 layer on bottom; spread over it freshlychilled instant French vanilla pudding.
Add second layer and do the same.
You may wish to balance the cake by inserting a couple of toothpicks through the layers.
Place last layer on top, then frost sides & top with your favorite butter frosting, or, if you choose, use a lighter fluffy egg white base frosting.
